Ekipe Orizzonte

SSD L’Ekipe Orizzonte (English: Orizzonte water polo club) is a proffesional water polo club based in Catania, Italy. The club was established in 1985, same year when womens championship in Italy was founded. In 1986 it reached the top division in which still plays today. 

The women’s team of this club is one of the best in Italy. It has won 22 Scudettos, 8 cups, 1 European Super cup etc.  

It also holds the record of 15 absolute federal championships won consecutively, never equaled until now by any sporting discipline both at the male and female category in Italy.  

Orizzonte made its debut on TOMO Tournament in 2023, and reached 9th place. In this years tournament it will compete in U12 category.
